The course was concise and practical: Chairman Yao Yongke delivered an in-depth presentation on “Becoming a Competent Manager,” providing clear guidance for all cadres; General Manager Huang Guiqi focused on “Setting the Right Direction, Leading the Team, and Upholding Integrity,” emphasizing team building and ethical conduct; Safety Director Chen Chaohui, Operations Director Liu Lang, and IT Manager—each delivered engaging lectures on topics including fulfilling safety responsibilities, conserving energy and reducing consumption, and promoting informationization and digitalization.
