Xin Hong Group Fire Safety Month

To strengthen the foundation of enterprise safety production, build a robust fire safety "firewall," and comprehensively enhance the practical emergency response capabilities of all employees, Xin Hong Group conducted a fire safety month emergency drill at 17:05 on November 9, 2025, with the core objectives of "testing preparedness plans, refining operational mechanisms, and promoting widespread education."

Clear division of labor, seamless and efficient collaboration throughout the process

This exercise was initiated by Chief Commander Chen Chaohui, while Deputy Chief Commander Xu Bo coordinated the on-site operations. A total of 27 personnel from eight specialized teams—namely the Alert Team, Equipment Support Team, Evacuation Team, Investigation Team, Firefighting Team, Medical Team, Workshop Exercise Team, and Incident Reporting Staff—were fully deployed. All teams worked seamlessly together, ensuring a smooth and well-organized progression of each phase.

Rapid Response to Prevent Spread: Immediately after the order is issued, the perimeter security team sets up warning flags to cordon off the hazardous area, while the equipment support team simultaneously cuts off power to the fire scene, effectively minimizing both fire spread and the risk of electric shock at the source.

Evacuation and Rescue Ensure Safety: The evacuation team efficiently guided people to safe zones, while the reconnaissance team, equipped with positive-pressure air respirators and rescue stretchers, successfully rescued trapped individuals. Meanwhile, the medical team promptly dialed the 120 emergency hotline, initiated CPR, and worked closely with medical personnel throughout the entire process—right up to the seamless transfer of the injured—to maintain a fully coordinated rescue operation.

Scientific Firefighting Eliminates Hidden Hazards: The firefighting team used fire trucks to cool down the blaze, providing a safe cover for rescue operations and successfully extinguishing the massive fire. After the fire was put out, the investigation team re-entered the scene for a thorough secondary inspection, ensuring no smoldering embers remained and completely eliminating the risk of reignition.

Focus on weak links, moving toward proactive prevention

After the drill concluded, Deputy Commander Xu Bo provided commentary on the event. He praised the collaborative efforts of all teams, noting that the exercise not only tested the feasibility of the company’s emergency response plan but also ensured that every employee became proficient in practical firefighting skills. At the same time, addressing the operational weaknesses revealed during the drill, he emphasized that the company will further refine and optimize its emergency protocols, paving the way for a shift in fire safety management—from reactive response to proactive prevention.

This fire drill was not only a "real-combat training exercise," but also a vivid lesson in fire safety education. Moving forward, Xin Hong Group will continue to promote regular safety training and emergency drills, approaching our responsibilities with the unwavering sense of "always keeping safety top of mind." We’ll firmly uphold the company’s commitment to safe and sustainable development, laying a solid foundation for building a world-class, leading shipbuilding and marine engineering facility!
